Heather L. Halpern is a painter and printmaker out of Eugene, Oregon, with ink under her fingernails and beautiful images on her mind. Her work lives in that sweet spot between everyday objects and wild places, often surfacing as hand‑pulled prints and drawings that feel both grounded and a little dreamlike. When she’s not in the studio at Whiteaker Printmakers, you can usually find her hanging work in local galleries or trading stories with other artists over inky presses and drying racks.

  • Lives in Orlando, Florida, and is originally from the Columbus, Ohio area.

  • Undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) with a minor in Sociology; member of UCF’s Burnett Honors College.

  • National Merit Scholar Finalist, with multiple Dean’s List honors and a strong academic record.

  • Works in marketing and brand development at Catchweight, where he focuses on data-led digital marketing, SEO, and brand identity.

  • Runs his own digital marketing effort (Social Surgeons/Inspirae) focused on social media strategy, content, and ad campaigns.

  • Previously played competitive ice hockey and is listed as a defenseman.
